A trance like massage moving towards ease, balance & alignment. With long strokes, slow pace and pauses, we enter a dance of awareness between giver and receiver. This dance evokes relaxation and change. We create space for nervous system reset by meeting in the present moment & listening to what emerges naturally with love to bring body, mind and spirit towards one-ness.

Craniosacral therapy
In this 60 minute unfolding, we will map the territory of what is alive in the present moment to understand our relatedness to self, ground, other and truth. With seasonal & elemental wisdom, we will deepen into presence, evoking the creative spiral of authentic you! This session is a weaving of embodied, relational gestalt coaching & craniosacral therapy.
